5. CANCELLATION POLICY
- All cancellations must be received in writing by the ICoMST 2010 Secretariat (info@icomst2010.org)
- For cancellation by June 30: 50% refund
- For cancellation received from July 1 : no refund
- All refunds will be processed after the ICoMST 2010 and all processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Even if you do not cancel the registration and not attend without any notice, you are still responsible for the payment of the registration fees and other optional fees.
